tesa® 4028 PP-Champion

Good news for everyone wishing to despatch shipments packed securely and efficiently: with its new tesa® 4028 PP-Champion tesa now offers a particularly robust alternative to conventional PP tapes. Due to its special polyolefine backing the new premium PP adhesive tape is particularly tear resistant and shows low elongation under tensile load. That is 50 % lower than that of regular PP tapes of comparable thickness. This is a particular advantage especially with machine use since the risk of machine down times is considerably reduced due to the low elongation and higher tensile strength.

tesapack® 4028 PP Champion

tesa® 4028 PP-Champion is coated with a special water based acrylic adhesive. Its very high tack provides immediate and long lasting adhesion on all common carton grades. In combination with the strong backing it provides permanent reliable sealing power: the package remains securely sealed regardless of temperature fluctuations and long storage times.

Like all PP tesa® adhesive tapes tesa® 4028 PP-Champion is suitable for manual as well as mechanical sealing of cartons. The new premium tape unwinds quietly and is available in transparent and brown colour.
