We are looking for a highly motivated graduate for the IT department at our headquarters in
Hamburg/Germany.

As a member of a multifunctional and multinational project team, your responsibilities will include
assisting our IT unit in shaping and enhancing the company's marketing and sales processes in
Asia.

Following a targeted induction programme covering all relevant functions, your main tasks within this project will be as follows:

  • Define and implement SAP template for all Asian tesa affiliates
  • Drive rollout in Asian pilot countries, while observing cross-functional and intercultural barriers
  • Play proactive role in implementing associated IT support measures
  • Act as central coordinator, liaising between specialist departments and IT units
  • Support rollout of global Computer Aided Selling system

The successful candidate is likely to have a business or technical degree, preferably with initial experience in IT and/or Marketing/Sales. Your academic track record will be complemented by international experience gained as part of foreign internships (at least six months in duration) or initial project work. Entry-level experience in international and cross-functional projects would be an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel frequently and to relocate abroad for an extended period
